If you've never tried Hungarian paprika, you are in for a real treat. Paprika is the dominant spice and colouring in Hungarian cooking. Much more vibrant in aroma and flavour than American style paprika common in North America. This Hungarian paprika is known for its sweet flavour and full-bodied, deep aroma. 

Paprika dissolves well in oil or other liquids to spread colour and flavour through a dish, but the small particle size burns easily, so take care.

Please note paprika is sensitive to light, so it is advisable to store this spice in a dark place to prevent fading.
