Canada Post Strike Information

If you select Canada Post at checkout orders will be sent with UPS whenever possible due to the impending Canada Post strike. We will cover the difference in price within reason. Please note we will not be able to send UPS to PO boxes and certain rural addresses. We will contact affected orders with options to hold until after the strike or ship to a different address. 

Local Pick-Up

1. Pick up at Old Strathcona Farmer's Market - SATURDAY ONLY 8 AM - 3 PM. Order deadline is Thursday prior. 

2. Pick up at St. Albert Christmas Market at the Enjoy Centre. Saturday November 23 & 30, December 7 & 14. 10 AM - 3 PM. Order deadline is Thursday prior. 

Local Delivery

We are pleased to now offer $7 next business day local delivery. Order will typically be delivered within 1-2 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) within the Anthony Henday loop in Edmonton, AB. Phone number required at checkout for courier. Please note during peak times like holidays our turnaround may be a little slower. 

Shipping

Orders ship via Canada Post from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada typically within 24 hours of receiving your order on business days. Please note during peak times like holidays our turnaround may be a little slower. 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders in Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB) over $125 (please note the subtotal must be above $125 before any applicable taxes). Orders within Edmonton may be sent local courier or Canada Post. Orders outside of Edmonton are sent Canada Post. 

We have recently negotiated cheaper rates with Canada Post and our checkout now displays calculated rates based on your shipping address. We do not markup shipping rates, and the rate displayed at checkout is the true rate for the label from Canada Post.

Please understand that shipping is very expensive within Canada and is a huge hurdle for small businesses. We are not able to offer free shipping on all orders like big businesses like Amazon do. The margins are simply not there to do so. We do offer free shipping on orders over $125 to reduce costs for our customers. Considering combining orders with a friend, etc to reach the minimum. We appreciate our customers and thank you for supporting local, small businesses. 

Oops, I made a mistake entering my address?

Quick, send us an email at shipping@copperspiceco.com with the subject line URGENT! Hopefully, we will be able to catch the error before it leaves our doors. Please take care when entering your address, as the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges due to incorrect data entry. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order has shipped with tracking information. If you did not receive an email, perhaps your email was submitted incorrectly please reach out to us at shipping@copperspiceco.com. If you create a customer account on our site to place your order you will also be able to access your tracking information there. 

My order has not arrived?

Oh no, send us an email at shipping@copperspiceco.com and we will help you track it down. Be sure to include your full name and order number in your email. 

Do you ship to the USA?

We do not currently ship to the USA, we are hoping to be able to expand across the border in the near future. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to Canada. 

My product arrived damaged?

We are so sorry! We do our best to package our orders with care, but glass, unfortunately, has its faults. Please email us at returns@copperspiceco.com and be sure to include your full name, order number and a photo if possible.
