The same sweet flavour as the fresh variety with a little less pungency, but a major time and tear saver. Gives a great onion flavour to soups and dips without adding pieces of onion. Also great for spice blends, rubs or marinades.
Also available as powdered, minced and sliced onion. Toasted onion is also available.
