Romeo & Juliet 

Rim glass with Sumac Orange Sugar

3 slices cucumber

3 sprigs of mint

1 pinch of salt

3 drops rose water (can be omitted)

2 oz. gin

3/4 oz. lime juice

3/4 oz. simple syrup

Muddle cucumbers, mint and salt in cocktail shaker. Add liquids, and ice. Shake, strain and serve.
